At Pack Ebook, we stand behind every ebook we publish. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at support@packebook.com
2. Include your order number (found in your confirmation email)
3. Let us know the reason for your refund (optional, but helps us improve)
4. We'll process your refund within 2-3 business days

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Digital Product Policy

Because our products are digital downloads (PDF ebooks), all sales are considered final once the download link has been accessed. However, we honor our 30-day guarantee regardless, because your satisfaction matters more than a single sale.

Bundle Refunds

If you purchased a bundle and wish to return it, the full bundle price will be refunded. Partial refunds for individual ebooks within a bundle are not available.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be fraudulent or abusive (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds of the same product). Such cases are rare and handled on a case-by-case basis.
